What is your shipping policy?
When your order ships you will receive an update email with tracking information. We are proud to offer carbon neutral shipping on all orders.
If an item is in stock, and not on pre-order, orders will ship within 5-7 business days of initial purchase. For apparel and homegoods, please allow up to 12 business days, as each garment is made to order to combat fashion waste and pollution. If we ever take a shipping break for a holiday, it will be clearly stated on the homepage.
Once your order has shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your item is delayed or hung up in a sorting center after we have shipped it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information provided in your shipping email.

What if I need to return an item?
Customer satisfaction is incredibly important to us. Should you wish to return an item, please reach out at hello@shopnataliemcmillan.com with any inquiries of return within 10 days of the item being delivered. For unused, unopened merchandise, we offer store credit for the purchase price of the item.
We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your item with, however, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and will be deducted from your refund. Any item not in its original condition, is customized, discounted, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
PLEASE NOTE fragrance purchases are non-returnable and final sale.
