What if I need to return an item?

Should you wish to return an item, please reach out at hello@shopnataliemcmillan.com with any inquiries of return within 10 days of the item being delivered. For unused, unopened merchandise, we offer store credit for the purchase price of the item.  

We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your item with, however, the shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit. Any item not in its original condition, is customized, discounted, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
